I can help you set up AI for your own work or introduce it to your team. An audit or workshop gives us a starting point. A personal system, data integrations or a wider rollout is scoped separately.

One-to-one AI audit

90 minutes focused on one part of your work. We look at what slows you down, what it costs and where AI is worth testing.

Included: A short questionnaire, preparation using your materials and a 90-minute online session with me.
What you receive: Within 3 working days, you receive a process map and a recommendation for what to test first. Any savings estimate explains its assumptions and what implementation would involve.
The decision: You receive a recommendation to help you decide whether to invest in a solution. If AI is not useful for the task, the recommendation will say so.

Half-day AI workshop

1 290 €

excluding VAT

4 hours for up to 6 people. Build repeatable working methods around two tasks selected together in advance.

Included: A preparation call, selection of two tasks and a 4-hour workshop in Bratislava or online. A 30-minute follow-up a week later.
What you receive: Two workflows that your team practises during the session. Each comes with saved prompts, sample results and guidance on what to check.
Next step: We agree who will use the workflows and how you will check their value during the first week. Tool subscriptions and integration development are not included.

A personal AI system for a manager, or AI introduced into a specific part of your team’s work. I help prepare the context, connect the necessary data and set up workflows you can build on.

What we work on: We agree on one task and build a first working version. We also test it with the incomplete or incorrect inputs you encounter at work.
What you get: The agreed working solution and instructions for using it. Depending on the task, that may include reusable prompts, skills or tool integrations. We test it together and hand it over. Scope, price and ongoing maintenance are agreed in advance.
