First, show me how you work.
First, we choose work where we can test the benefit early. It may not be the most obvious problem. How often you do the task, what material you have and what improving it would let you do all matter.
Prepare the foundation
We bring together the context, rules and examples of a good result. You also know what is still missing.
Test the workflow
You test whether the solution helps with your own work. You keep the tested workflow and a record of errors and corrections.
Learn to build on it
I hand over reusable prompts and instructions, or skills where appropriate. You practise adapting them and we choose the next task. Before expanding, we also look at how you will use the time saved and whether the benefit covers the cost.
