I am not coming in with a software agenda. I have spent years running a real business, where messy operations, half-working tools, informal rules, and quiet bottlenecks are not abstract consulting topics.

Founder/operator story
Datamolino is a B2B SaaS for accounts payable automation used by accounting firms in the UK, integrated with Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, and ApprovalMax. That work taught me what systems feel like when they work and when they quietly stop working.
How I think
Most businesses do not need another tool first. They need someone to look at the whole system, name the real constraint, and make the next useful move obvious.
What clients experience
Plain language, direct diagnosis, practical priorities, and implementation help only where it is actually useful.
