I lead Datamolino, where bringing AI into our work helped us speed up development and improve margins. I use that experience to help other businesses decide where AI is worth using.
I founded Datamolino and still lead it today. We build software for working with accounting documents, used by accounting firms including those in the UK. Decisions about tools and processes affect our costs, our team and the service customers receive. When introducing AI, I dealt with those consequences in my own business.
Legal practice gave me a broader view of business. With a decision, I also consider commitments, responsibilities and the effects on other people. I bring that perspective to AI and to changes in how a company works.
